Please read carefully:
1. We are not responsible, under any circumstances, for tickets purchased outside the official sales channels: website and/or authorized point of sale. The customer is solely responsible for checking the order details (event, show date, city of performance, sector, price, times, age rating) before finalizing the purchase.
2. After completing the purchase, if any data inconsistency is identified with the credit card administrator used for payment, the order may be canceled.
3. To access the event, it is mandatory to present a printed or digital ticket.
4. The ticket purchased is only valid for the 3 days of the event.
5. Cancellation of tickets after the event date is not permitted. Failure to attend the event will invalidate the ticket and will not allow for a refund.
6. To privilege and respect our contractors (event producers and organizers) and in alignment with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the deadline for canceling is up to 7 days from the date of purchase. If this purchase was made less than 7 calendar days from the date of the event/presentation/course, cancellation is limited to 48 hours before the start of the event.
7. When requested, the cancellation of your ticket(s) and the charge reversal are carried out automatically. In the case of payment via credit card, your operator may take up to 2 invoices to process this request, just wait.
8. In case of cancellation of the event or request for a refund by the customer, the amount relating to the convenience fee will not be refunded.
9. The event organizer is solely and exclusively responsible for carrying out, canceling and postponing the event/show, as well as for any exchange or refund of the face value of the ticket.
10. It is the responsibility of the event organizer to obtain a permit, operating license, comply with COVID-19 prevention protocols, as well as other policies in force on the date of the events.
